Fallen dropped a couple of days back with a very similar, high-tech, super clean and arty approach to the competition as Adida entry.

Etnies on the other hand; they have dropped their low budget, high impact super fun edit as a ‘blast from the past’ shot on a Hi-8 camcorder. Really effective and this unique approach might clinch it for them!

Lakai still come though, dropping on monday.

Prime Skate Team Tour

Well, not exactly a tour, but a 3 part series as they went to the Vans Shop Riot and hit a bunch of parks on the way.

Here is the final installment that sees them at the new Midsomer Norton park and a spot called ‘Devils Hell Hole’ or ‘Devils Bell-end’… anyway, its pretty gnarly regardless and S.A. nails a big-flip… Sick.

Midsomer Norton Skatepark

Having been open a few weeks now, the Midsomer Norton park has few edits popping up online. What puts me off this park is that all the edits I have seen, it has been absolutely HEAVING! Can’t expect much less for a park of this quality..

This edit is the best quality of skateboarding i have seen so far!

Skating from Frankie Darby, Ian Jennings, Namir Al-Mukhtar, Gill Amos, Layth Sami, Joe Mercer, Jay Kerwin, Tyler Naish, Jason Lewer, Justin Sydenham, Dan Perks, Louis Gane, Ben Minors and Tom Gibbs.

Nick Remon, props all over the place!

So basically, Sidewalks new love-child, Nick Remon, is EVERYWHERE right now, and to be fair to him, he does deserve it! Entering NASS this year as his first ever comp, he ended up in the Semi-finals of the WCS. Then he puts on a top performance at the Vans Shop Riot, taking Switch Skatestore up with him.

So now Sidewalk and Vans are his new best friends as Superdead Skateboards and Vans both take him on as a team rider.

Anyway – props to Nick. Here is some footage from his section in ‘In Between Days’ a little while back.

An awesom film shot on location in Mexico with skaters Jesus Gonzalez, Eder Martinez, Mario Saenz, Angel Santiago and American Luis Tolentino.

They use a very clever mix of real fire and some edited in stuff. You wont notice the difference. A really imaginative a crazy bit of film-making.
